Let's collaborate to create a personalized design for your space. I'll design it and then you'll purchase and install everything at your own pace. By the end of the project, you'll have everything you need to create a space you love.

• How it works

  • ​Fill out the questionnaire and book an initial call (video) to kick off planning and design. 

  • Provide photos and measurements of your space

  • Next, I will design floor plan layout(s), conceptual mood board, and 3d visualization* for your custom design and schedule a video call to review 

  • Upon your approval, I will provide a finish guide, designer notes, and shopping list for your furniture, lighting and large accessories with clickable links. 

*Please note that the 3d mockup provided is intended to help you visualize the furniture choices for your space. It is not a photorealistic rendering.​

  • ​Floor plans. Includes up to (2) options.  ​​​​​Picture this: a personalized layout that takes into account every nook and cranny of your space. From the layout to the flow, everything is optimized to make your space work for you and feel effortless. Every piece of furniture and decor is carefully placed to meet your goals make the most out of every inch. Get ready to enjoy a space that's uniquely yours! ​

  • Concept mood board. A visual representation of how finishes, furniture, lighting and large accessories virtually come together to create the space you'll love. 

  • 3d visualization. A 3d mockup that will help you envision the furniture selections for your space.

  • Finish guide. Recommendations for finishes for your space. Paint colors, sheen and more!

  • Designer Notes. Guidelines for how to put your space together - mounting heights for sconces and artwork, perfect placement of your area rug, and more.

  • Shopping List with quick-click links for every handpicked item (furniture, lighting, large accessories).  This will help you streamline your purchases and save time!

  • (2) virtual calls 

    • Design kick off video call (up to 30 minutes)

    • Design review video call (up to 1 hour)

 

• Responsibilities of the homeowner/client:

  • Provide photos and measurements of the space

  • Purchasing and installation of finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories

  • Hiring and overseeing contractors, tradespersons and installers

 

• Please note:

  • ​Additional services available include: 

    • ​Custom millwork design with dimensioned, scaled drawings to deliver to your millworker

    • Dimensioned elevation drawings for accent wall finishes, gallery walls, etc.
